Terms and Conditions
In line with all other accommodation providers, Ellen House has its own policy regarding deposits and cancellation of bookings. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Deposits
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. We require a deposit of £30.00 or 30% of the total cost of the stay to confirm the reservation. This deposit has to reach us within 48 hours of making the booking. The balance is due on departure.
Cancellation policy
- If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the commencement date of the booking, 50% of the total cost of the stay will still be due.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement date of the booking, 80% of the total cost will still be due.
- If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it, less a £10.00 administration fee.
